1When David and his men had come to Ziklag on the third day, the Amalekites had made a raid on the South, and on Ziklag, and had struck Ziklag, and burned it with fire,
2거기 있는 대소 여인들을 하나도 죽이지 아니하고 다 사로잡아 끌고 자기 길을 갔더라
2and had taken captive the women and all who were therein, both small and great. They didn’t kill any, but carried them off, and went their way.
3다윗과 그의 사람들이 성에 이르러 본즉 성이 불탔고 자기들의 아내와 자녀들이 사로잡혔는지라
3When David and his men came to the city, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captive.
4다윗과 그와 함께 한 백성이 울 기력이 없도록 소리를 높여 울었더라
4Then David and the people who were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep.
